You access the beach by walking down wide, flat, paved pathways and gentle slopes that lead directly from the main beachfront parking lots at the end of Hai Ba Trung Street. These pedestrian walkways pass directly between local beach clubs and restaurants, taking you right onto the sand. For motorbikes, there are large, manned public parking lots right at the main entrance where you can leave your scooter for approximately 10,000 VND to 20,000 VND.
This is a sprawling, lively beach featuring a wide expanse of soft golden-white sand and a gradual, sandy sea slope that is fantastic for swimmers. The water is generally warm and clean, with the best swimming conditions occurring during the calm dry season from March to September. Swimmers should be aware that waves and undertows can become quite strong in the afternoon and during the monsoon season, but the beach features dedicated public swimming zones patrolled by active lifeguards. Plenty of freshwater rinsing stations, restrooms, and beach loungers are available for a small fee of around 10,000 VND to 20,000 VND, or they are free to use if you order a drink or food from one of the adjacent beachfront restaurants.
