Access the beach by driving along Lac Long Quan Street (part of the dT719 coastal highway), which runs directly parallel to the shoreline south of Phan Thiet city center. Because this extensive 20-kilometer stretch of coastline has undergone rapid modern development, you can easily access the water through several large public-access hubs. The most famous public point is Bikini Beach - Cong vien Bai bien, a massive 16-hectare marine park built as part of the NovaWorld Phan Thiet complex. Public travelers can utilize the wide, paved seaside promenades, staircases, and flat sandy pathways. Motorbike and car parking is abundant in the paved lots near the Bikini Beach park or roadside eateries for roughly 10,000 VND to 20,000 VND, making the transition onto the beach flat, convenient, and highly accessible.
In contrast to the bustling, wind-swept shores of Ham Tien and Mui Ne, Tien Thanh Beach offers a much more peaceful, relaxing, and spacious coastal environment. It is beautifully characterized by a long, sweeping arc of golden-white sand bordered on one side by calm turquoise waters and on the other by dramatic red sand dunes and lush greenery. The water is generally warm, clean, and calm with a very gentle, flat sandy slope, making it exceptionally safe and comfortable for family swimming, wading, and beach sports. While public municipal lifeguards are primarily stationed near the active Bikini Beach park zone, the rest of the long coastline is highly serene. Basic conveniences, including sun loungers, public restrooms, and freshwater rinsing showers, are easily accessible at Bikini Beach or through neighboring coastal properties-such as the Golden Coast Resort & Spa-for a small fee of about 10,000 VND to 20,000 VND.
