Motorbikes and cars can easily park in flat, spacious, paved or hard-packed dirt parking clearings right at the edge of the beach, managed by local resorts or seafood restaurants. From these parking areas, accessing the shoreline requires a completely flat, short walk of just a few meters across a coastal grove and down a very gentle slope straight onto the wide sand, with no cliffs or stairs to climb.
Bai bien Vinh Hoa is highly regarded as one of the most beautiful, tranquil, and pristine beaches in Phu Yen province. It features a massive, sweeping crescent of incredibly fine, powdery white sand that stretches for several kilometers, beautifully bordered by a dense, vibrant green forest of casuarina and coconut trees that provide plenty of natural shade. Because the vast bay is deeply recessed and heavily sheltered by surrounding peninsulas, the sea here is remarkably calm, shallow, and virtually wave-free year-round, closely resembling a giant, clear turquoise swimming pool. The underwater shelf slopes out very gently, creating an exceptionally safe, peaceful environment for casual swimming, wading, and relaxing on the sand far away from commercialized city noise.
