Walk across a wide, flat concrete promenade and step directly onto the soft sand. The beach sits directly next to the main tourist boat pier. Visitors arriving by public ferry or private speedboat at the main harbor (Bai Lang) can take a quick 5-minute motorbike taxi (Xe Om) or walk along a flat coastal path to reach this entrance. Motorbike parking is available near the entrance path for a standard local fee of 10,000 VND to 20,000 VND.
This 400-meter-long curved beach is the most popular and highly developed swimming spot on the Cham Islands, boasting soft, powdery white sand and a backdrop of towering coconut palms. For swimmers, the sea is remarkably warm, clear, and emerald-toned, with a flat, sandy seabed that drops off very gradually. Because the bay is naturally sheltered by surrounding green hills, the water remains incredibly calm and free of strong currents during the peak dry season from February to August. Swimmers should note that the beach can get busy with day-trippers in the middle of the day. However, the cordoned-off swimming areas keep swimmers safe from passing tourist speedboats. Rustic seafood restaurants lining the beach offer convenient access to restrooms and freshwater rinsing showers for a small fee of 10,000 VND.
