Access

Several car parks but the closest is ‘Car Park on the Promenade’. The beach is next to this car park with flat access to the sand via the footbridge over the stream. Then walk down the beach to Chapel Rock and climb up the rock to the pool.

Description

Probably the easiest rock tidal pool to find. As you arrive at Perranporth beach there is a large rock in the middle of the beach (Chapel Rock), the pool is on the top of this rock. Go at low tide as the rock is cut off at mid-high tide. Not super deep but a good size across, and a good option for a dip if the waves are to big to go in the sea.
