One of the most popular and loved swim spots in Penzance. Always a solid local crew at dawn throughout the year. If the conditions are to rough, walk to the slipway by the Harbourside Cafe or Abbey Slip.

    This has to be one of the best swimming spots in West Cornwall. Always people here and a line of buoys out so you can get a good distance swim in.
