Lepe Country Park Car Park is just along the road. Walk down the path by the old lifeboat house and onto the beach.

Description

A very tidal area so best swam at high tide. The water gets deeper here than further along at Lepe. Slack tide and near shore swims are best here. Best to swim 1hr before high tide as the current here remains strong from high tide until near to low tide. Swim with a local group if you are not sure.
