Park at Hengistbury Head Car Park and get the land train to the beach.

Description

Best at high tide and avoid in a easterly wind. Never super busy due to having no car park/road access at this beach. The inland side of the beach is very tidal and has some boat traffic. The sea side of this beach offers some good swimming. Avoid the north end of the beach due to the estuary currents.
