Park in the car park by the Ship Inn, then walk along the St Austell side (right/west) of the quay and down the unmade road to the beach.

Description

A large campsite by this beach. The beach is quiet big and fairly easy to park and get to as it's just down the road from St Austell and the end of a bike/footpath trail. quiet exposed and windy at times, feels slightly neglected/industrial as you down to the beach alongside the river. A good option on a calm day.
