Access

Park in Cape Cornwall National Trust Car Park. Cross the road and onto the coast path going to St Helen’s Oratory (small ruins in the field). At the edge of the field take the path down to the corner of the cove and small slipway.

Description

Low tide rocky beach. An interesting place for a dip. Not the easiest place to get to but some shelter is offered by the Cape Cornwall headland. Not really a sheltered swim spot but more sheltered than Priest Cove the other side of the headland.

    It was a bit choppy when I arrived here and I had just swam at Priest Cove the other side of the headland. I think it would be better here when the tide is further out. Easy to find.
