Coast path from Helford Passage Car Park or visit Trebah Gardens and walk through the gardens (which are very nice).

Description

Beach at the bottom of the famous Trebah Gardens. This beach faces more east than the others at Helford Passage so is more protected from westerly winds. Best to swim when the tide is slack.

    On a windy day this beach was so good for a swim. Very calm and the sun came out! Great café on the beach.
